Nope, not really. Domesticated tigers are extremely common in many places in Texas. Certain city ordinances in certain areas may require you to get an exotic pet license... but most city's wont care. Now at the same time requirements for owning one are a LOT higher than owning a dog or cat. If you're not allowing that tiger a large space to run/exercise, providing it plenty of food, and maintaining overall care you are much more likely to see it seized by the state and rehomed in a sanctuary. Animal abuse is a felony in Texas so owning an exotic animal just puts you more on the radar... so you better treat it like a got' dang king/queen.
^------- that's true. Take care of it, and in Tejas, we don't give a fuck.
Ironically, the craziest regulations are on smaller animals. They are harder to keep up with. People notice a fucking tiger on the loose.
I know you could get them before, but once the "16" countdown starts, you get one for every Atlas Station you visit... or so it seems so far. I'm at 8. I also thought that you would have to find 16 of each... apparently that isn't the case at all, sooooo yay... bout to get that alien multi-tool, a 48+8 hauler and then... Idk... the best freighter? I mean... some fucker should have put that combo together by now.
Oh... also figured out you can turn the goo into nanites, but it takes about an hour per 2000... So while I do that I just dupe iridium. I haven't really built a real base yet.... I've basically just set up portals for dope places later.
Lol it's kind of funny with the bases, you find a place you think is great and 20 minutes later you find a planet that's so much better, you're smart not to start basebuilding too early

<_< In all seriousness, in No Man's Sky I'm collecting the glyphs, finally.
