I'm a police officer in the UK. Guy with a BMW parked incorrectly and left this

"I'm inside the building I'm illegally parked outside of. Please consult me - a BMW Driver - before you - a police officer - give me a ticket, cause I feel like I deserve to be let off, thank you"

Cop knocks on car than leaves a ticket

Knock knock... I usually just leave the ticket on the windshield but okay here it is
