This seriously happened to me I was in high school and I brought an umbrella to school because I lived out in the country and in Texas so it comes down like water balloons. I was sitting in the last class of the day and one of the football players ask me what I had , pointing to my umbrella. Which was in a grocery bag because I had it out this morning and it got wet so I didn't want it to get my stuff wet in my locker where it was while I was in class. I tell him my umbrella and he legit looses it. Saying stuff like you got an umbrella? You afread to get wet?

Weirdly enough, this is true. In high school anyone who dared to wear a winter coat in winter suffered constant bullying, and 90% of the leaders were black kids The mark of being "cool" (no pun intended) was apparently suffering in the cold for the longest. Never understood that one.
