If everything hurts, feels like a chore, and you are always annoyed: There’s a possibility you are dealing with low level inflammation (from food or environmental allergens/factors) and/or chronic low level depression. This is not to be bratty; I know it’s exaggerated for effect + “if you’re not upset, you’re not paying attention”, BUT STILL.
It can be better than that. Try different diets (paleo, vegetarian, etc), drink healthy liquids, and either talk to a professional or buy a self-therapy (CBT is great) book from Amazon.
