Well they assume most use it for calls, messaging, and stuff like emails and browsing. Which for me has lasted all day.
Now you comsoder gaming and video watching that changes everything
I don't know I have an XR and i charge it way past 24 hours and I use 4G all day while using it as a hotspot and I game and watch netflix too..while it's ridiculous to berate someone for using their money to buy a phone they are most comfortable with, i would say the battery thing is pretty true even for older models
That being said batteries do have a lifespan and if you’ve used it for a certain period of time it won’t hold charge like it used to which is there regardless of brand haha also why do you have a 5s entirely dedicated to being an alarm clock? Why not use your current phone?
@presto I say that not based on this post but the general “apple sheep, Android sucks” debate which is feel like is as stupid as people arguing over what should be your favourite color because it really is an “to each his own” type situation and people sometimes get legit angry during those.
@bethorien you could always get the battery replaced so that it’s so much cheaper than getting a new phone. Before I got this phone I had a 5 and I replaced it’s battery when the battery wouldn’t hold and I could use it for over a day easy. But I ended up breaking the mic and decided to get a new one cause I had already had the phone for years and figured I might as well upgrade instead of replacing again
Oh this phone is on it's last legs, it has scorch marks on the back from overheating and cracks in the front glass, the back camera doesn't work and the glass around it is shattered.
