the thing about that is the actual statistical chance of someone getting hit accidentally by a stray shot is extremely low. Like under 1% low.

if all members of the stupidity are consenting to the stupidity, you have a higher chance of hurting someone someone not involved with the stupidity doing that than driving in downtown.
