That's why I use one finger to type them in, harder to make a mistake that way.

Actually happened to me about a month ago. On my internet banking account, no less. Had to go get it reset.

Been there actually done that, it's not as bad anymore cause you can reset it, but years ago I actually had to call to confirm my identity and that was not cool.
