Kung Fu Hustle is fantastic, highly recommended, even when you never cared about the genre. It's to Kung Fu movies what Mars Attacks is to Alien Science Fiction.

I've watched it dubbed in English and in Chinese with subtitles. The subtitles are way funnier than the dubbing. Either way it's still hilarious.
