Why are you like this?

I use my phone on a basically constant basis so investing in it makes sense. On the other hand I have found that a $250 Windows machine from Walmart has sufficient resources to perform the duties I need it to which include application and database development. For general use of web, email, and documents I use a Chromebook which are in the $200-$300 range as well.
