Okay, except nobody tasted anything. From what I'm understanding, the customer in question had at some point given one of the delivery people a really bad tip.

This guy responded by dipping his balls in her salsa. The passenger of his vehicle (also a delivery person it seems) then put in her candidacy for this year's darwin award by recording the entire incident. And, just for good measure, she posted it online.

Basically this is right up there with the geniuses who did the ice-creaming licking stunt awhile back
The guy was facing a c-class felony but made a plea to have it reduced to something like assault. Apparently he was laughing in court, which the judge did not find endearing.

He was sentenced to a total of 30 days (of which he'd already served 21) in jail, 6 months supervised probation, 90 drug+alcohol counselling sessions (which seems to involve going to one every day for 90 days), a 10$ fine, and is allowed no contact with the customer he assaulted
