This is very similar to a recurring nightmare I had as a child. The void, getting bigger and bigger as I stared in awe. A sound like an enormous sliding door grinding in the tracks that hold it, steady getting louder and louder until I woke up terrified. I’ve never met anyone who said they had had similar dreams.
Does anyone do dream interpretation?
Yes! There was a chat on here at one point and a bunch of us had these, we called them "Sick Dreams", cause you usually have them when you're sick. Mine was a big pink circle getting bigger and smaller and bigger etc. it would be all static like. It wold terrify me so much I would wake up crying.
I had Owen Wilson in a white room staring at me and saying nothing. Time was moving at real speed, I didn't get the luxury of being able to ignore it. Two weeks of this recurring dream, and he just said wow, and left, leaving the room completely empty. It was fucking surreal
Sometimes when I close my eyes in half light (such as light shining through leaves) I get several dark blobs floating around my eyesight, which then coalesces into what can only be described as surreal glitch horror.
As an example, one particular vision I have is of a very emaciated person becoming *horrifically* obese. That's the kinda stuff I see and it's horrifying. I am able to induce it willingly with the right lighting.
These could be a sign of either low or high vestibular ( sense of your body in space) or proprioceptive (sense of your body in relation to itself) senses. Me sister used to have night/day mattress about her hands being either massive or tiny
