Basically what I'm hearing is he dropped a lot of money to do something fairly petty that is easily ignored, and will cost more money when she actually moves
... And his. If it lowers her property value maybe she needs to get a lawyer involved. Idk. Doesn't really matter - she wouldn't be living next to this 4 year old anymore so it sounds like a win either way o.O
her property value would decrease, and she can't do anything about it as it's on HIS property. If she sells and moves, she'd lose money, he can easily remove it, his value goes up, and he sells it at a higher cost.
