As I understand it this is another case of media sensation. The serum targets a very specific strain of brain cancer and is useless for all the others. It's still an incredible discovery and may lead to more but it's not the panacea the reporter is leading you to believe.
Still, it's an important step towards developing for other strains.
On that note, cancer doesn't have "strains" like viruses do. Cancer is mutation of the cells, which means it's erratic and rarely the same.

The exact same meme (incl. the exact same title) was posted on "nine joke" some 10 days ago and people there were pretty much united in stating how this "censored science" narrative was hysterical CT bullshit. Way to go...
