In 7 i had pijamas under my uniform, two pairs of socks, two sweaters, my jacket, scarf and gloves, im not kidding

I live up in Canada, where 7 is quite common and usually nothing more than a comfortable sweater. We would dress like you described if it hit -40 or below here. When humidex and windshield is taken into account, I’ve seen my area anywhere from -43 to 46, so we’ve had hot too!
