I think they tried that with 3 villains, joker, lex, and ares. All 3 were bogged down by bad direction and the actors just not fitting the role, but I have to commend them for trying something new for all of them instead of sticking to the norm like always

Yea I felt they made Ares too weak for his position but honestly it’s probably just old timers getting upset about these new characters and their hip hop & computers

I didn't mind Leto as joker, I feel he portrayed that joker well. It was just so little screen time and the awful bullshit pulled around him that put him in bad light

I actually liked ares I must admit, but I can understand why some dont like him.
Truth be told it was lex who pissed me off the most. I'm not even a fan of the character but jessie eisenburg did such a bad job doing his character that it put me in a bad mood whenever he went on screen
