I saw this through the white fog of an overlayed comment field and thought for half a second that Roshi was Sans.

Kinda depends on what we mean “best.” There isn’t a lot Yoda can do for you if you aren’t force attuned. He’s wise- but...how wise is a bit questionable, or how practical that wisdom is anyway- not to mention we don’t necessarily have the force as they do in his universe (no microscopic force creatures,) so... but the other guys are primarily used to training animals to fight- although splinter likely has the most to translate to a human- although comic splinter is hardcore and is unlikely to train you other than as an assassin for his revenge.

Likewise we have to ask if Roshi could train a human in our world without killing you. He’s also likely not the best for advice and would get you sued with his behavior. All are cool though. So if best is who did the best job or whonis the best person... different question.
