I may get hate from this but Rosa parks staged the refusal to get up out her seat. There was a teenager by the name of Claudette Colvin. She was the first to get arrested for not moving. Rosa Parks set herself up to get arrested because they knew a old woman being arrested would be more moving to people than a teenager.
It really is crazy they make Rosa Parks to be the little sweet lady who just got arrested than they built a movement on her but truth was it was all a set up.
I admit it's great what happen after but it was based on a lie which is still told to kids in school today.
It's just one of many we still teach kids. Like Columbus or the first Thanksgiving or that America had a concentration camp for again people who lived in America during ww2.
*winks*
Here is a shocker for you. I already knew that.
It's actually a passion of mine to always learn about different things of history and not just the things they teach you in elementary school but the hardcore shit that you have to look up through endless amounts of books and tons of websites.
Like Agatha Christie was dyslexic. Florence Nightingale was actually asexual even though it is called the Nightingale effect whenever a caregiver falls in love with their patient. How about Edgar Allan Poe married his first cousin. She was 13 years old he was 27 when they got married. That William Shakespeare actually invented words we still use today. How about that Albert Einstein had a growth on his brain that they had no clue about until after he died which they think is the reason why he was so smart.
So you see I know quite a lot about history and I learn everyday. In fact for the past two days I've been learning about Scotland history.
It's probably a good thing I'm not a teacher. I'd have deducted for all the grammatical mistakes then deducted again for the useless introduction. If the report has a word count I'd also deduct every part not pertinent to the report from that word count.
