It cost 10 cents a bag here in California. I save them like gold and reuse till they tear and only than do I use them for trash.

At those prices I would think a black market would be a real possibility. I could ship an almost unlimited number of them for almost nothing into CA and you could set up a network of dealers selling below market prices.

You should look into those bags that are meant to be reused. They've got real handles, you don't have to double bag them, and you can get like a dozen things in them. If I do my grocery trip with the reusables, I need four bags tops. With the disposables, it works out to like twenty of the fuckers. And then they breed in the closet when I'm not looking.
