ITS A TRAP! Back then they hid in the trees. They’ve had over 40 years to advance their technology. What makes you think by now they haven’t learned how to hide THE trees? There could be a tree in the room with you right now- you wouldn’t even know.... until it was too late. So every grain of sand could have a tamarind tree or a dipedtocarps behind it and we’d have to turn over every grain of sand one at a time to find out! Every dune could hide a punji pit, every camel could actually be a tunnel entrance.
