I don't know it's been 3 weeks.
I went to the doctor's two months ago because of it and she told me I had an earplug, she removed it and it stopped until 3 weeks ago and now eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee all the time. So maybe you have an ear plug, if it's only for a few minutes at a time, I don't know but there's a saying here that it happens when people re badmouthing you.
that's actually a sign of high blood pressure or simply dying brain cells that affect your hearing. basically mind your salt and/or you're going deaf...
My blood pressure is normal (I drink sparkling water which is saltier than regular water but that's the only salt I got). I'mma pay attention to what I hear but I don't feel like my hearing is worse than usual. But thanks for the advice! (and subsequent two seconds of anxiety^^)
EDIT : so ok I found a video on youtube and I don't hear anything below 230Hz, that doesn't sound (lol) right. I'm gonna get it checked.
It's tinnitus, a fairly normal occurrence in the population. It is not a hallucination, and it's really nothing to worry about unless it hurts or turns into different noises.
