No seriously if a cat is willing to do that to its whiskers than it might be far to cold. They need some form of heat pad for it.
We have one for our pets. Well more than 1 lol they fought when it was one.
My dog did something like this. She likes to be really hot, and it always under blankets or infront of heaters/fire even if it isnt cold. One time she was infront of the fire and a tiny peice of coal popped out and landed on her and she didn't even move
