It must be quite complicated to set up this system. But I'd love that!

I think you could automate it cause I’m guessing donated blood will be tagged anyways in the system to avoid mix ups etc and then once the blood is removed from the stock the system can be programmed to automatically send a text to the donor’s phone saying their blood was used to save a life

In the UK you can follow your bloods journey on Google maps and find out which hospital it ends up at, a text when it gets used would be awesome.
