Causality – action reaction, cause and effect

I'm guessing it's a slang for celebrating, in this case, she entered her 30s with a bang, or went out of her 20s with a bang (urban dictionary was not helpful either)

@mr_pigeonwizard mostly correct, it means to start off with a celebration to give a good start to something. It's used most often for new years.
