Just cause of quarantine? Because I recently read about a guy who saw a girl dancing on a rooftop across the street, sent a drone over with his # on it, and then had a video-chat date from their rooftops/balconies.

That was cute. I saw that too. I’m going to make a joke in a separate comment- but I would agree with you- that this situation just changes some of the tools and methods of dating- but in 2020 it isn’t like many of these things are so odd- video calls, text chats, etc. etc. really- if we are talking about meeting someone new without p2p interaction.. apps for that have been popular for a good decade or so. Really it seems that for at least the time being- we would see something more akin to courtship with letters and getting to know a person... or “Netflix and chill” probably won’t see a huge decline of both people feel safe the other isn’t infected.
