Marry the right person in your early 20s.

I’d say late 20s, 20s is a good time to learn who you are.

People who get married in their early 20s don't have to rush to find a family, and won't spend their early 20s lonely and sexless. You can find out who you are whenever you want, teenage years, with your spouse. There's no reason not to marry at a healthy age.

Being married is not a guarantee that you won’t be lonely and sexless :) but to each his own

Also, while some people find the right person and get married young and it works out well, I know for certain that some people get married young to the person they believed was right for them at the time and aren't happy later but won't leave their spouse because they have invested too much into this. The person you marry should be someone you are certain about being with. I don't think you can be certain of that without a strong sense of who you are and who they are.

Consider how your relationship would be if one or both of you were paralyzed. If you can imagine laughter and fun despite not being able to physically and/or sexually connect, you’re probably on the right track.
