I'm Australian, can pretty much understand English in any accent, there are some (Americans) that get so confused by the slightest accent

I was just trying to think of an English accent that was difficult. I needed to get subtitles when I was watching fortitude but I don’t know what accent I needed it for anymore but it was extremely heavy and sort of muffled
