It's a neverending cycle. Gross toilet seat --> hover --> piss on toilet seat --> hover --> more piss. But the amount of piss you might get on the seat (very little spray/a drop, to none) versus the actual grossness of the seat sorta explains why you do it in the first place.

Not standing on their legs but yes. The seats are often gross, and hovering is rather difficult to achieve
