It's called Corner Lithography, a new way to study cells in their natural environment. Presumably ancient Egypt. Search for "3D Nanofabrication of Fluidic Components by Corner Lithography".
So these pyramids are about 50 nanometers in size, that means you could put about 508,000 of them in a row and almost cover a 1 inch line-a really really really thin 1 inch line. I'm just going to take their word if they ever do that.
