True. And every 7 years or so, you will have completely replaced every atom in your body. So you are physically not the same person you were 7 years ago.

Here- take a hit of this. You good? Ok. Let’s start. Ownership is a concept that only exists on the human mind. In more precise terms- you are one part of a vast system with no discernible end. The concept of “you” is a fabrication and is completely different based on perception. Are you “beautiful”, “ugly” “fat”,”thin” “nice” “mean” “smart”, “dumb”? Depends on who you ask and when. Without outside observation- you can’t confirm you even exist- and since you can’t verify the existence of anyone else nor can they- we all just agree we exist because we seem to think we do.

Due to how oxygen cycles- you will likely in your lifetime breath in the same air as every single other living or dead human in history. Some percentage of everything you inhale becomes an actual part of you as well- taken in and processes by your body- not all expelled as waste. Wether you believe in evolution, creation, some combination- every living thing and every non living thing exists as part of a system and serves some purpose within that system- that which serves no purpose ceases to exist.
