My new catchphrase

Does it have to be used only when we can't reach things? Or can I apply it to any situation. Like the entirety of 2020

My mom was shorter than me and apparently I am 5’2. When she was growing up her Dad used to tell her she is so short she Would have to climb up to reach the top of an ant hill.
