Seriously, from years of experience I've learned that if you think your partner is cheating on you break up. If you're right, they don't deserve you. If you're wrong, you don't deserve them.

I feel like it's hard to tell if you're right or too paranoid when you're suspicious, but if it turns out to be the latter, you at least need to try to get some community therapy if not professional therapy. Both you and your partner deserve it. Of course to echo karlboll if they did cheat in a monoamorous relationship then you deserve better than that idiot
