I highly recommend dating in your mid-30s and after. It is way more relaxed. No one expects you to have a perfect body and there aren’t any hang-ups around sex.

Dating kinda gets better as you get older. 30’s is a pretty good time overall. In general- less games. More confidence, less hangups. Guys who never quite “fit in” in dating in teens and 20’s will usually find this to be their best period for romance- when the things they had that weren’t appreciated start to be priorities to those looking to build a life. In your 50’s.. man. It’s almost like buying shoes. People get married faster than a 30yo gives their amazon password to a partner. Older you are- the more set you tend to be. Harder to find someone you can stand and who makes your life better instead of just annoying you and messing up your routine- but most people figure they don’t have long left- so things are pretty straight forward as you get older.

My grandpa started dating in his late 60’s after his wife passed. At first he loved it. Most men die first. More widows than widowers. Women would just call him and ask for sex. That was his day. Retired, watching TV, get a call- “come have sex with me- I’ll cook for you after.” Dinner is taken care of. He was so “in demand” that he stopped taking viagra because he was tired of having sex. Lol.
