I put a bar of soap in mouth once because I mistook it for a cupcake. My godmother makes homemade crafts and other goods. She was making cupcakes and soap with the same design. She placed them side by side and I just happen to pick one up and "nomed" on it, I immediately tasted soap. I laughed, she laughed and I ate a dozen cupcakes. I miss her.
My dad used to threaten me with it so I wouldn't curse. One day I was yelling bad words, he threatened, and being pissed off enough I took a bite of soap myself while looking him straight in the eye and resumed cursing. He thought it was fair and let my to it, but my mom saw us, asked for what happened and joined in the cursing feast, asking once again the long time riddle: who's stupider between you two?

Oh yes, it happened.
I could never be a parent because the optimist part of me thinks "Maybe teach your kids that swearing is something you only do when certain people aren't around just like us adults do" but the realist in me says that I'm not a parent and thus don't know what it's like to teach a kid so idk
Although I still think soap in the mouth is cruel and unusual.
