so A lowrider or low rider is a customized car with a lowered body and you have the option to add hydraulics, the hydraulics make you able to kinda make the car jump around.. so this dude makes his car jump but a part of the hydraulic became undone and the car began standing on the reversed wheel which puts a lot of pressure on it therefore braking the connection between the wheel and the car
