Not sure, but I picked it up not knowing what it was, and the lil shit got me hard. Luckily knowing how to treat a jellyfish sting was one of the many things I never thought to use in life but learned anyway, so I was able to help treat it.
O I have SOOOOOO many stories lol
So I will let you guys pick:
1. Time I was little and got 2 blisters on my chin.
2. When I was pregnant and my family took me and my husband to the beach. BTW he never been to the beach before that.
Also this story has 3 stories in it.
3. The time my brothers went and decided to feed the birds. Plus I have pictures so I could post them.
Or
4. The time I was little and realized I am scared of big bodies of water. I was 4 and this story is still vivid.
Ok
So I was 4 and we went to the Gulf of Mexico in Corpus Christi Texas.
I remember it so vividly even though I was so little and now I am so old lol.
My parents drove to the beach we had a big camper van the kind with a stove and beds but no bathroom.
We spent most the day there and I REFUSED to go anywhere near the water. My sweet older brother dug a small hole and put a trap we had in it and filled it with water so I could have some water fun.
But every time someone tried to take me to the ocean I screamed and clawed my way back to the van.
Finally my Dad had enough he said I had to get over my fear. So he took me in his arms and walked to the water.
Here is the thing the gulf is barley inches high till you are miles from shore.
So I screamed and clawed my Dad for at least 2 or 3 miles lol.
The water got to as high as his stomach. My Dad was 6’6 he was a tall man. So that water was high.
I remember I looked down and could see my feet touch the water I screamed more and CLIMBED MY DAD’S HEAD LIKE HE WAS A TREE!
He laughed at me the whole time till my foot used his mouth as a step lol
Yeah stuck my 4 yr old foot in my dad’s mouth like it was a rock on a rock climbing wall.
I looked down still screaming and see what must of been seaweed and I see it wave with the water flow and screamed harder. My mom came over and tried to pull me off my Dad like I was a cat because I was digging my nails into his scalp.
Finally my dad said THAT IS IT! And he dunked under water forcing me to swim for my dear life. Even though I was surrounded by relatives And I was safe I was swimming like a cat that was tossed in the deep end. My Dad grabbed me by my waist as I splashed and scratched all the way to shore.
Minute I was near dry land I hit the ground running and hid under the van and LEGIT HISSED AT ANYONE WHO TRIED TO PULL ME OUT!!!
They were not able to “retrieve” me till I fell asleep. I woke up at home in my own bed. My Dad carried me in.
Many years later I asked my grandmother about it because I thought it was some vivid dream I still remembered. She laughed at me and said yes it happen and I was 4 so she was shocked I remembered.
Lmfao he was asked at work what happen to him because he was so scratched up he said he saved a drowning cat.
