Weird optical illusion from boxes when you scroll up and down

on a phone?, i'm using laptop.

Yep I'm on phone, for me it's the five boxes that are not parallel to the others (four in the middle and one on the upper right) that move slightly left - right.

nah, still nothing for me, guess my eyes have a higher frame rate
