I hate this with all my heart. Only because you're not committing suicide/don't have suicidal thoughts, doesn't mean your depression or other mental health problems are invalid and you shouldn't maybe see a therapist. Also let's not make fun of suicide like that, graphic, dark, and just not fun. What's the point of this meme anyway.

Well...this might sound crazy but you often have to get the help yourself. You can't just expect your surroundings to notice and come to your rescue.
