Oh yeah I tried this low carb thing as well. I tried a bunch of stuff lol, low calories, low fat, low carb. Turns out I fucked up my metabolism so much I could eat 800 calories a day (which I did) and not lose a gram.
Thankfully I'm now eating better again, 1500-2000 calories a day and lots of protein, I'm not tired all the time anymore and my workout performance is so much better.
Seriously, this assumption that weight loss means eating salads and apples or trying various diets is horrible, it makes people eat bad and feel bad.
