Although im not a legal expert i would imagine that would be a hard sell to the supreme court. "Your honor public castration is neither cruel nor unusual punishment."

And it doesn't address the underlying psychosis or psychopathy that might cause someone to commit a sexual offense in the first place. If they're predatory and they don't get actual help, they will keep victimizing others.
