The word you are looking for is “capitalist.” Capitalists don’t generally accommodate the poor because the IDEA of capitalism (that idea isn’t always true in practice) is that a persons economic state is highly dependent on their own ability and desire. The idea there being that while one is born a certain race or sexual orientation and that is simply intrinsic to their being- poor or rich are states that birth can influence, but ultimately are changeable states of being. That said- in things such as housing, “liberals” and likeminded “conservatives” have long had laws which prevent discrimination based on economic status. In many places for example you cannot refuse to rent a property to a person simply because they are on income qualified government assistance.

*Also- in full fairness- 99.9% of the time when I write these serious things on jokes I am aware of and get the joke but explore the part that speaks to me. I must disclose that this time- I did not get that this is probably a joke until after I was almost done writing my reply. Or at least I think (hope) its a joke. That being said the same rules as always apply- truth in humor and all that, so I have to put my little blurb. But I did need to be transparent and state that this time, all the people saying “it’s a joke...” would be right to do so as I missed it the first read.
