I didn't have a cell phone til I was 14-15 and I had to buy it myself with my allowance and buy "minutes" for it to call and text and I would constantly run out and have to wait to buy more. It was a cheap pay as you go flip phone. Now I couldn't imagine going a day without using my smartphone.
I don't think you're using it properly; wrong meme bruh.
In any case, unless needed, I suggest trying to go 3 weeks w/o using your smartphone, you'll feel better.
This took place in 2013. Instead of having clients stream into the cafeteria 10 people at a time, the company recommended that diners take a seat just as soon as one becomes available. Toyota also set up a waiting room where diners could pick up trays and designated one employee whose job is to scour the dining room for an available space. Before they did this they helped supply over 1 million meals after Hurricane Sandy. Search for a 6 minute documentary entitled, "Meals per Hour", to see how they did it. Cash gets spent, great ideas keep on giving.
