While I think it’s a waste of money that’s her choice to make. And if anyone wants to get all hissy and try to ban trans women from abortions ‘cause “having a uterus was a choice” you’re wrong because they can choose a uterus and what happens to it as it is now their body.
I'm pretty sure the Venn diagramm of "people who are against abortions" and "people who are against trans" is pretty damn close to a circle.
So the people who would argue against trans people rights to have an abortion, are probably the people who would argue against trans' rights, and against abortion in the first place.
And the people who believe in trans' rights would be glad uterus transplant is an available for trans people, and since they believe in trans' rights, they believe they are women, and thus deserve the right to an abortion.
You’d be surprised at the number of “normal” people who accept lgbt but not women’s reproductive rights. It’s the idea of “it’s fine in your own home until it involves a fetus and then it’s my problem until it’s birth”
