To anyone wondering - that's Jack Daniel's safe. He accessed it daily and had the code in his muscle memory - so one day he actively thought about the code and couldn't remember it for his life. He angrily kicked the safe, resulting in an inflamed toe, which lead to a sepsis and ultimately his death.

Which is ironic because if he had poured some whiskey on it to disinfect, he might have been ok.
