My daughters room has a window ac and only thing covering the gap of window above it (because the window opens left to right not up and down) is a plank of wood and her dumb ass kitten keeps trying to move the wood.
So we stuck a toy shark with its mouth wide open on top of the Ac and taped it there. The cat is deadly afraid of it lol every time he try’s to go up there he sees the shark hisses than runs off lol.
As a PSA for those not lucky enough to have toy sharks or a herd of trained tiny dinosaurs to do their bidding, you can buy rolls of cat spikes on Amazon. 1 foot wide roll of plastic mesh with 1/2" spikes sticking up from it. You cut it to fit on any spot you want to keep cat footprint free. It's like Legos for cats.
