Normally yes, but there's a custom red 86 with those yellowed lights that hides a Ferrari made engine, and looks like the one posted.

We saw it at Formula Drift event some years ago when it had been done for no more than a few months.
People also don’t know that they left the factory GT86 (FRS/BRZ) underpowered on purpose
