They're referring to the sounds puh and buh, and how that can spread things futher. Not sure how to explain it in English, but if you do it yourself, your breath is more spread?

That's explained well. This is definitely more fear mongering though. 1984 by George Orwell speaks to all of this.

I mean, have you seen all the mainstream news outlets? CNN, "COVID AND DEATH"... FOX, "RIOTS AND DEATH"... it's all of them.

I haven't because the news stresses me out. I want to hear about things that actually impact my life. What's going on enviromentally in my country, how are exports and imports, what policies and political tactics are happening that are being hidden. You know, impractical things that only the frivolous should concern themselves with.

Fox is the cable station that did the least fear mongering. I find it much more likely that 'The Five' was making fun of the idea.

whats sad is that this is literally true. b and p sounds put more possibly virus carrying saliva into the air. however, they're talking about it like it's the only/most important thing that is spreading the virus, which isn't really useful.
