At what point do we not let this parody of justice continue? I am not suggesting excessive force but someone needs to go to jail for a very long time and be made an example of.
Why just one, exactly? These people have kidnapped people. They've held them hostage.
.
They've broken into peoples cars and houses and stores. They've set them on fire and robbed them.
.
They've thrown concrete on people. They've thrown raw egg on them. They've thrown milkshakes on them.
.
They've beat them with their fists. They've kicked them. They've beat them with bats, and rocks, and clubs, and skateboards, and flagpoles (for some fucking reason).
.
They've tried to take their guns. They've attacked minors. They've threatened people with rape. Used slurs. Attacked Trans and women and people of color (whose lives apparently matter more as a talking point for some reason?)
.
They've stabbed people. They've smashed their heads off concrete. Gone after them with sledgehammers.
.
Put so many fucking people in the hospital with serious injuries (some in comas) - during CORONA no less (because THAT'S a buzzword no one is allowed to ignore).
And they openly brag about ALL of it - and get the ENDORSEMENT of fucking cowards like Biden.
.
They are criminals and terrorists and every once of them that has engaged in these behaviors ^ should be made an example of.
.
.
.
(And we just won't talk about the surplus of pedophiles AnTiFa in particular seems to have in their numbers)
Well, after being educated further on this matter....I think terrorism sounds like an appropriate charge to throw around. And maybe more then one. I knew these guys were trouble but I had no idea about the sheer scope of it. I'm....speechless. I know BLM came to my town and I'm hoping that'll be the end of it.
Not even just Biden. Even on the state and city level they are shielded from consequences. Inslee, Brown, cowards the lot of them. In my own city a man was gunned down in the street for looking "like a Trumper". In the city my father worked until recently.
The fires, the riots, billions in damages, thousands of officers and bystanders wounded, dozens dead. But they are "just an idea". Yeah, like the bloodsplatter staining the sidewalk where a man was bludgeoned to death by a mob.
By saying that any household who hosts others can only do so with registration and mandatory testing plus a two week quarantine. But we digress. Inslee and Brown are the lords of skewed priorities, rivaled only by New York and maybe Michigan.
@famousone You've read Animal Farm. That makes you even smarter then I thought you were.
@roanoke I do not but I'm in Canada so I'm at a safer distance from these violent acts. They did lead a protest in front of my city hall. They had no reason to do so but protested something for whatever reason.
@xvarnah Those with the power and finances always play by seperate rules. Until we figure out how to stop that equality will never be real. Also, non-subtle hint. Get your butt on Discord so I can tell everyone of my prank.
It's weird though.
.
I've seen countless people denouncing the proud boys. The KKK. The neonazis. The black Panthers. isis. (Repeat ad naseum)
.
I've never once heard anyone ask "do you know anyone who is personally involved with those groups?"
@adam44 I think I'm technically in the discord? Idk you can try tagging me. I don't really use discord groups much. I think poor cakelover, Ew, and blazingfrags can attest to what a nightmare it is trying to hold a conversation with me there
@xvarnah I don't have any idea of what to tag you goof. Also, get better at it. You, Richard, Famousone and a small few others actually have good conversations. That question is kind of odd, now that you mention it. I still want to hear what @roanoke is thinking though.
I would think the question, do you know anyone involved with... would be just as valid for groups like proud boys (I for example don’t, and also don’t have much to say about them) I’d be less inclined to think it matters with the KKK, but maybe that’s living a stones throw from the inception of the group and seeing first hand the hate and atrocity they preach (and practice).
I ask the question because i don’t get the impression that any of you have been attacked/robbed/victimized by the violent actors in this group (BLM). And while I don’t deny that there are violent actors and l agree that the behavior is unacceptable, there are a lot of people involved with the group that are striving to make the world a better place.
So, I am perfectly willing to be wrong in this, but I posit that you don’t know anyone (personally) that is involved in this movement (either violently or peacefully). So I am guessing you don’t see the people like my neighbor, a veteran who organized hundreds of other veterans to March in DC and worked with local churches to provide a street kitchen with supplies and water.
I’m guessing that you are only experiencing the acts violence, and in that only seeing it second hand.
I don’t know your life, nor your experience so I can only ask the question. I can also say, as someone who has lived both in the Northern US and the Deep South, the racial tension and inequity is profoundly different. I wonder if you have ever listened while a coworker told you about being pulled over in a certain county (with a reputation) not because he was doing anything illegal or questionable but because the sheriff wanted to let him know not to let the sun set on him in this town? Until that moment, I didn’t believe that kind of thing really happened in this day and age. But it does, and he was rather shook up from the experience.
I’m wondering if your neighbor has ever asked you if they could come over to your house in an emergency because they recently received a box of KKk propaganda with a note saying this is a neighborly visit, the next visit will be professional?
I could go into detail about how much merit your "posits" have in relation to my life, but given your deliberate disregard of @famousone literally saying he knows people and has been effected, that seems completely pointless.
.
I will say you're wrong, but the manner of how you're wrong is none of your business. I will say I have never received anything from the KKK. And the weird thing is that:I don't *need* to to look at what they do and say and know that I don't agree with it. That it's often times criminal and wrong.
.
It is fascinating to me that everyone somehow associates "Black lives matter" the violent gang with "equality for black people." Like they're synonymous and inseparable. But that, I guess, is how they've managed to get away with the things they've done for so long. The hells angels started as a bike gang for war veterans if I remember right.
Also, in case you missed it.. The woman in the post? She's black. And from what I can tell she's anti-racism and pro-equality too. I think her book may actually have something to do with that, but I haven't read it so don't quote me on that
.
If that's not enough qualifiers, then feel free to have your neighbour pull a Biden and tell her that she's not a real black person if she doesn't support BLM I guess?
.

Edit: to whoever I offended with this - good.

Meh. Better than where the other topic was going most likely
