That is a very hard shot to catch. The ISS is moving at about 18,000 mph. Transiting the moon, literally blink and you miss it.
I saw it cross the night sky this past summer, we had about 90 seconds or so of visibility horizon to horizon and it was moving faaast.

If it's moving at 18,000 mph why aren't the astronauts inside constantly pinned to the wall
