Got recommendations for a YouTube channel before the election (even though I'm not American), I think it was called Republicans against Trump. I think it is similar to the what this flat earther experienced, if anyone is interested.

I love smart flat-earthers. They stumble in to how to do science: they have a hypothesis, and they construct all kinds of creative ways to test it, and then they learn for themselves and revise their models accordingly. That's how it's all supposed to work!
