I don't see either of things things happen. Young people are not being blamed for the spread and they're not being "forced" back to school. Around here, schools remain shuttered with no apparent plan for reopening.
As of December, 37 states In the US have no order requiring schools to be closed, 4 require schools to be opened, 7 require only partial closure, and 2 require full closure.
yea, how things are in your immediate area or immediate personal experience is really hard to untainted your perception from, Before looking up the actual country wide legal stuff all i had to go off of was a vague memory of a news article from last year that said something like "half of all oklahoma school districts reported confirmed cases of covid"
